A virtual Kriola expressive arts workshop bringing together women across the diaspora in a shared space of creativity, culture, and remembrance.

In celebration of International Cabo Verdean Women's Day (Dia de Kriolas), Soul Calling Retreats invites women across the diaspora to gather in a sacred virtual space to honor, celebrate, and explore the spirit of Cabo Verdean women.

The workshop will be offered in both English and Cabo Verdean Kriolu, welcoming women across generations and continents to connect through culture, creativity, and shared heritage.

Through expressive arts, storytelling, reflection, and cultural exploration, participants will be guided through a powerful journey honoring the legacy of our mothers, grandmothers, and future generations.
